液壓式啟閉機(jī)的故障原因及維修方法:

螺絲松動(dòng),將螺絲擰緊即可消除故障。而油壓不穩(wěn)是因?yàn)橐簤合到y(tǒng)中混入了空氣,我們應(yīng)及時(shí)的排出空氣,或者將液壓調(diào)壓裝置線圈的電流濾波不好,線圈在上下震動(dòng),造成了油壓不穩(wěn),所以我們假裝電解電容器加強(qiáng)濾波即可解決該故障。

Oil leakage and unstable oil pressure: After long-term use of the
hoist, there is a large amount of leakage in various oil circuits of the
safety braking device and between the oil circuits of the gate valve,
resulting in a decrease in oil pressure and the inability of the gate
valve to drop in time. The reason for this phenomenon is that some
screws are loose, and tightening the screws can eliminate the fault. The
unstable oil pressure is due to the air mixed in the hydraulic system,
so we should exhaust the air in time, or the current of the coil of the
hydraulic pressure regulating device is not filtered well, and the coil
vibrates up and down, causing the unstable oil pressure. Therefore, we
can solve the problem by pretending to strengthen the filtering of the
electrolytic capacitor.

3.二級(jí)制動(dòng)油壓值保壓性能故障:產(chǎn)生此故障的原因有:液壓式啟閉機(jī)的油路塊上的溢流閥內(nèi)部有贓物卡住發(fā)信,使之關(guān)不嚴(yán)。單項(xiàng)節(jié)流截止閥開(kāi)口太大,使油大量溢出。電磁換向閥內(nèi)部有贓物,使得內(nèi)泄漏太大。針對(duì)這一類(lèi)的故障,我們可以先去下閥芯進(jìn)行清理,去掉贓物,然后調(diào)節(jié)單項(xiàng)節(jié)流截止閥,使其開(kāi)口盡量小,從而可以起到節(jié)流和補(bǔ)油的作用。

Secondary brake oil pressure retention performance fault: The reason
for this fault is that there is dirt stuck inside the overflow valve on
the oil circuit block of the hydraulic hoist, causing it to not close
tightly. The opening of the single throttle stop valve is too large,
causing a large amount of oil to overflow. There is dirt inside the
electromagnetic directional valve, causing excessive internal leakage.
For this kind of fault, we can first clean the valve core to remove the
dirt, and then adjust the single throttle stop valve to make its opening
as small as possible, so that it can play the role of throttling and
oil supplement.
