一、 拍門產(chǎn)品介紹：

拍門屬止回閥類產(chǎn)品，主要安裝在排水管道的尾端，用于防止外水倒灌。材質(zhì)分為不銹鋼、碳鋼、鑄鐵等多種材料。

I. Introduction to flap valve products: Flap valves are a type of check valve, primarily installed at the end of drainage pipes to prevent backflow of external water. They are made of various materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and cast iron.

該產(chǎn)品是安裝在江河邊排水管出口的一種單向閥，當(dāng)江河潮位高于出水管口，且壓力大于管內(nèi)壓力時，拍門面板自動關(guān)閉，以防江河潮水倒灌進排水管道內(nèi)。該產(chǎn)品是我公司自行研制開發(fā)出來的產(chǎn)品。該產(chǎn)品以Q/TF-B2771行業(yè)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為準(zhǔn)；

按GB/T13927試驗要求進行試驗；設(shè)備公稱壓力（PN）：0.25-1.6Mpa；

公稱通徑（DN）：200-2000mm。

This product is a one-way valve installed at the outlet of the drainage pipe beside rivers. When the river tide level is higher than the outlet pipe and the pressure is greater than the internal pressure of the pipe, the flapper panel automatically closes to prevent the river tide from flowing back into the drainage pipe. This product is developed by our company independently. It adheres to the industry technical standard Q/TF-B2771 and is tested according to the test requirements of GB/T13927. The nominal pressure (PN) of the equipment is 0.25-1.6 Mpa, and the nominal diameter (DN) ranges from 200 to 2000 mm.

二、產(chǎn)品功能：

拍門適用于給排水及污水處理工程的各種管道和水渠道作溢流、止回之用，亦可用作各種豎井井蓋，它僅用于單向水流的出水口。

II. Product Function: The flap valve is suitable for various pipelines and water channels in water supply and drainage as well as sewage treatment projects, serving the purposes of overflow and check. It can also be used as a cover for various shafts, and is only intended for use at the outlet of unidirectional water flow.

三、結(jié)構(gòu)特點：

拍門具有流道正向單向開啟和反向關(guān)閉的作用。拍門的閥蓋借助于自身配重的平衡作用，在水流的作用下使門頁自動開啟或關(guān)閉，或稍加外力作用使門頁開啟或關(guān)閉；拍門蓋上設(shè)有拉環(huán)，拉動拉環(huán)此蓋的開啟角度應(yīng)大于60度，無卡阻現(xiàn)象，開關(guān)應(yīng)自由靈活，當(dāng)拍門部分泡在水中，管道內(nèi)部壓力較大，反向壓力較小時，拍門允許部分泄漏量，當(dāng)河道水壓增大時，拍門將自動關(guān)閉密封。

III. Structural Features: The flap valve functions to open in one direction and close in the opposite direction. The valve cover of the flap valve, with the aid of the balancing effect of its own counterweight, automatically opens or closes the door leaf under the action of water flow, or can be opened or closed with a slight external force. The flap valve cover is equipped with a pull ring. When pulling the pull ring, the opening angle of the cover should be greater than 60 degrees, without any jamming. The switch should be free and flexible. When part of the flap valve is submerged in water, the internal pressure of the pipeline is relatively high, and the reverse pressure is relatively low. The flap valve allows a certain amount of leakage. When the water pressure in the river increases, the flap valve will automatically close and seal.
