Installation steps of side roll hoist:
側(cè)搖啟閉機(jī)的安裝步驟：

(1) When installing the screw opening and closing, be sure to keep the base foundation layout plane 180o level;
（1）在安裝螺桿啟閉機(jī)時一定要保持底座基礎(chǔ)布置平面水平180o；

The contact area between the base of the hoist and the foundation layout plane should reach more than 90%;
啟閉機(jī)底座與基礎(chǔ)布置平面的接觸面積要達(dá)到90%以上；

The axis of the screw should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane measured on the brake platform;
螺桿軸線要垂直閘臺上衡量的水平面；

It should be vertical with the damper ear hole to avoid the screw tilt, causing local force and damage to the parts.
要與閘板吊耳孔文和垂直，避免螺桿傾斜，造成局部受力而損壞機(jī)件。

(2) Place the manual screw hoist in the installation position.
（2）將手動螺桿啟閉機(jī)置于安裝位置。

Put a limit disc on the screw, screw the screw from the lower part of the beam into the machine, and when the screw is exposed from the top of the machine, then set the upper limit disc.
把一個限位盤套在螺桿上，將螺桿從橫梁的下部旋入機(jī)器中，當(dāng)螺桿從機(jī)器的上方露出后，再套上限位盤。

The lower part of the screw is connected to the gate.
螺桿的下方與閘門連接。

(3) The foundation for installing the hoist must be stable and safe.
（3）對于安裝啟閉機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)必須穩(wěn)固安全。

The concrete of the frame and foundation members shall be poured according to the provisions of the drawing. When the strength of the concrete does not reach the design strength, the temporary support of the hoist shall not be removed or changed, and the test and test operation shall not be carried out.
機(jī)座和基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)件的混凝土，按圖紙的規(guī)定澆筑，在混凝土強度未達(dá)到設(shè)計強度時，不準(zhǔn)拆除和改變啟閉機(jī)的臨時支撐，更不得進(jìn)行試調(diào)和試運轉(zhuǎn)。
